Generative & Visual AI
Image generation constrained to what you actually sell
Visual systems that generate against a real catalogue rather than against the model's imagination — because a beautiful sofa the retailer does not stock is not a feature, it is a support ticket.
What we build
- Visual commerce: real products placed in a customer's own space
- Controlled generation pipelines constrained to real inventory
- Multimodal systems that read an image and act on what is in it
- Revision by description rather than by editor
What is hard about it
Constrain to the catalogue, or do not ship
An unconstrained image model will produce something lovely and unbuyable every time. The engineering is in matching what the catalogue actually stocks, in the sizes it stocks, to positions the space can actually take.
Be honest when nothing fits
A generative system that always returns something will return something wrong rather than admit the catalogue has no answer. Saying so is a harder behaviour to build and the one that keeps the result trustworthy.
The output has to leave the demo
A picture is where these systems usually stop. A result that can be shared as a link and handed to a sales team with the products already identified is the difference between a toy and a channel.
Proven in
Shoppers photograph a room and see the retailer's real, in-stock products placed in it, revise it in plain language, and send the finished design to sales.
